Collection analytics

Every collection in Owlect has a built-in analytics section. Tap the chart icon at the top of your collection to open it.

Available tabs

Milestones

Track your collection progress with fun milestones. As you add items, you unlock achievements like your first item, 10 items, 50 items, and beyond. Each milestone comes with its own emoji badge.

Overview

A summary of your collection: total items, most common values in your fields, and key stats at a glance.

Distribution

See how your items are spread across different field values. For example, how many board games you have by publisher, or how many records by genre.

Growth

A chart showing how your collection has grown over time. See how many items you added each month and your total collection size.

Completeness

Shows how well your items are filled out. Quickly spot items that are missing photos, descriptions, or custom field values.

Value

If your items have price fields, this tab shows the total estimated value of your collection, average price, and price distribution.

Timeline

A chronological view of when items were added to your collection, organized by date.

Public page views

When you share a collection publicly, Owlect tracks how many times your public page has been viewed. You can see the view count on your collection page.
