Search a Pop - series, number, variant and image fill in
Add a Funko Pop by typing its name, and Owlect searches the Funko Fandom wiki as you go, listing Pops with their number, line and release year so you can tell two similar figures apart. Pick the one you own and the series, number and variant fill in - when the wiki has them - with the wiki image used as the item’s photo. So each Pop you add arrives with a picture instead of an empty record. Whether it is an exclusive, whether you keep it boxed, and its condition are yours to record.
How it works
Open your Funko Pop collection and add a figure
Sign in to Owlect, open a Funko Pop collection, and tap “Add Item”. The name field is the search box - lookup runs through Owlect’s server, so there is no key to paste and no account to connect.
Search by Pop name
Type the figure’s name - “Batman”, say, or “Pikachu”. After two characters Owlect queries the Funko wiki and lists matches, each showing its number, line and year so you can spot the right one among the variants.
Pick your Pop
Tap the figure you own. Owlect fills in the series, number and variant when the wiki lists them, and uses the wiki image as the item’s photo.
Mark exclusive and box status, then save
Tick Exclusive if it is a convention or retailer release, tick In Box if you keep it boxed, and add an estimated value if you track prices - then save and search for the next figure.
What gets imported
Series, number and variant fill from the wiki when it has them, and the wiki image becomes the photo. The release year is shown in the search results to help you pick, but it is not saved - and exclusive, in-box and condition are yours to set.

Frequently asked questions
Which Pop details fill in automatically?
Picking a match fills in the series, number and variant when the Funko wiki lists them, and uses the wiki image as the photo. Exclusive, In Box and condition are not auto-filled, so you record those yourself.
Does the release year get saved?
No. The year appears in the search results, next to the number and line, so you can tell two versions of the same character apart - but a Funko Pop collection has no year field, so nothing is saved to. If you want the year kept, put it in the notes or add your own custom field.
Where does the Funko data come from?
From the Funko wiki on Fandom. The lookup runs through Owlect’s server, so there is no account to connect and no key to paste - it works straight from the add-item screen on any Funko Pop collection.
What if a Pop is missing its series or number?
Wiki entries vary, so a figure can come back with only some of those fields. Owlect fills in whatever the wiki has and leaves the rest for you to type, and you can always upload your own photo.
Can I track exclusives and chases?
Yes. Every Pop has an Exclusive checkbox and a Variant field, so a convention exclusive, a retailer release or a chase can be marked and told apart from the common version. The variant fills from the wiki when it lists one; the Exclusive tick is yours.
