Manage Your Collections by Chatting

Typing items in one at a time is the slowest part of any collection. Now you can hand that job to the AI assistant you already use.

Works in Claude and ChatGPT — add Owlect once as a connector, sign in with the same Google account, and your assistant can read and edit your collections from any chat.

A whole shelf in one message — paste a list or attach a photo of your shelf, and the assistant adds every item to the right collection with the right fields filled in.

Edits in bulk — "mark everything by Stonemaier as for sale at $40" or "set the year on these records" is one sentence instead of twenty taps.

Ask about what you own — which LEGO sets are incomplete, which vinyl you have up for sale, how many items your plan has left.

No API key to copy — Settings shows the address to paste and links a step-by-step guide for each assistant.

You Decide What It Can Do

Connecting an assistant should never mean handing it the keys to everything.

Pick the access when you connect — reading is always on; adding, changing and deleting are separate switches you turn on or leave off.

Every connection in one list — Settings, Connected apps shows each assistant, what it may do and when it was last used, with a Disconnect button next to it.

Deleting takes the exact name — an assistant can only delete a collection when it repeats that collection's name word for word, so a misread request does not cost you a shelf.

Your plan still applies — the same item limits and the same Owlect Plus features as in the app, and the assistant tells you plainly when something needs an upgrade.

Board Game Night, Sorted

The question at the table is rarely "which games do I own". It is "what can five of us play in an hour".

Filter by players — pick a number and see only the board games that support it, from their minimum to their maximum.

Filter by play time — set a maximum and anything longer drops out.

On public pages too — the filters work on a shared collection, so friends can pick the game before they arrive.

Publishers from BoardGameGeek — a BGG sync now fills the publisher field, and a re-sync keeps what you typed yourself, including condition, your own fields and the photos you uploaded.
