- Price: $0/month, no time limit, no credit card required
- Collections: up to 3
- Items: 100 total across all collections
- Items per collection: up to 100
- Custom fields per collection: up to 10 (preset per collection type, not editable)
- Custom collection types: not included
- External catalog re-sync: every 5 days
- Included: photo uploads, public sharing links, QR codes, gallery/list/table views, condition grading, purchase and value tracking, analytics, CSV import and export, auto-fill from external catalogs, dark mode
- Referral bonus: +20 item slots per referred collector

## Plus - $3/month or $30/year

- Price: $3/month billed monthly, or $30/year billed annually
- Collections: up to 100
- Items: 2000 total across all collections
- Items per collection: up to 2000
- Custom fields per collection: up to 10, fully editable
- Custom collection types: included (define your own fields from scratch)
- External catalog re-sync: daily (every 1 day)
- Included: everything in Free
- Referral bonus: +30 item slots per referred collector
- Cancel anytime; Plus features stay active until the end of the billing period

## Referral milestones

- 10 referred collectors: +100 bonus item slots
- 50 referred collectors: custom themes for shared collections

## Import limits

- BoardGameGeek: up to 500 games per sync
- Discogs: up to 500 releases per sync
- CSV: bounded by your plan's total item limit

Plan item limits apply on top of these per-sync caps.
